- I am a Management Analyst and Coach. For over 20 years I have worked with hundreds of small businesses. I believe the foundation elements in small business are: Values/Vision/People & Process/ and Constraints. When I work with a small business I prefer to start with these fundamentals before I focus on Marketing and Finance issues. I believe that taking the time to do the foundation work yields much higher results. I am trained in how to analyze, structure, and finance development projects. I am a Certified Quality Circle; TQM Facilitator (read, The Toyota Way), and a competent technical writer and skilled workshop instructor.
